    Do not go there even if you get a deal from Groupon, Living Social, or any of the other ‘deeply’ discounted coupon sites out there. First, it is difficult to make an appointment in their online Appointy system and calling is not much better since they do not pick up or return phone calls promptly. Second, the place is tiny and hard to find. It is not located in Coral Gables as advertised. It is in West Miami which is not one of the safest areas in town. They do not have much of a parking area and you have to be extremely careful getting in and out because you can easily hit the car next to you when you park or leave the lot. The place is not very sanitary (bathroom is dirty and everything in the tiny waiting area is disorganized). But most important, the owner of the place is rude and unprofessional. I had the very disappointing experience of having scheduled an appointment and had to make arrangements at work and at home to make it there only to find that the person who had to perform my treatment (in this case the owner) was not there and did not have the courtesy or professionalism of letting me know in advance. What’s worse is that she was upset at me for being angry at the situation and having demanded more respect for my time. She actually thinks that she resolved the issue by telling me to get my money back from Groupon and then hanging up the phone on me. She went ahead and canceled my future appointments immediately and I so I will be sure to report this to Groupon. No one out there needs this sort of attitude from anyone. This is supposed to be a service business and this place definitely lacks it. I took my time to write this because I do not want anyone to go through what I did and I hope you think about it twice before going there.
