Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar
When Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar began working as an intern for HSBC Private Bank, she was surprised to find that she was asked to handle several high-level assignments. Instead of working on filing or answering the phone, she was asked to take on managerial-type tasks for the company. In one such task, Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar was asked to participate on the Diversity Committee for the company, working to reduce the influence of stereotypes and increase tolerance. In her role on the committee, Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar developed several presentations, and they were all received with positive comments. She was proud to have made a difference in her brief internship.
