Kasra Nikzad
In addition to being a salesman at the same auto collision and glass company where his father works, Kasra Nikzad also works on the glass side of the business and a technician who replaces broken glass. So much emphasis is placed on the development of skills that help make one successful in a job that requires a college degree; Kasra Nikzad believes learning a trade is becoming drastically underrated.
Although, Kasra Nikzad also attends college as a business and communications major, he also sees the value of learning a trade. Working alongside someone who is a master at something is inspiring. You realize that some things just aren’t taught in a classroom. Then realize that you’re learning how to do something that only a very small population of people knows how to do and you understand how special it is to learn a trade.
