Joshua Martin Pastore
Almost anyone can strap on a snowboard and claim to be an excellent teacher. But in order to do the job right, instructors need to take courses and become certified. With this certification in hand, they can accept jobs with reputable resorts all across the country. In 2007, Joshua Martin completed the requirements and standards required for a Certified Level 1 Snowboard Instructor position. This certification course, taken at Killington Mountain in Vermont, was held by the American Association of Snowboard Instructors, Eastern Division. It’s a difficult course to take and pass, but Joshua Pastore is a qualified snowboarder with many years of experience, so he was prepared to do well and he fully expected to pass on the first try. By completing this course and obtaining his certification, Joshua Pastore demonstrates his dedication to snowboard instruction, the safety of his students and the professionalism of his craft.
