Gaynor Oton
P&O Homes, Ltd., is a real estate company located in Gibraltar. Gaynor Oton joined the company in 1999, when she was offered the position of Director of Finance. At the time, Gaynor Oton hasn’t worked in a position of such power and responsibility, but she found she was more than capable of handling all of the stresses and demands that came with the job.
Gaynor Oton worked hard, and she tried to make good decisions that would help the company to grow and thrive. She also tried hard to keep the needs of her customers in mind, always thinking of what she would want if she were a customer working with the company. During her 7 years of employment with P&O Homes, Ltd., Gaynor Oton learned a significant amount about real estate and finance, and she also learned valuable lessons about managing others and dealing with clients. She would apply these lessons in her next job, as Accounts and Payment Manager with Europe Emirates Consultancy.
