In 2003 the founders Mike Burnett and Jeff Marsh changed the structure of the company and rebranded themselves as 1-800-vending. The company switched from selling tabletop vending machines to selling custom electronic snack and soda machines.

1-800-vending also offers assistance in finding locations for your machines and one on one coaching to help you run your vending business. The company offers a complete vending business in a box. The machines offered by 1-800-vending are electronic machines that offer both snacks and beverages. The 1-800-vending machine comes with a credit card processing portal for easy payment solutions.
